This course is absolutely unique in the way that it guides you step by step through assessing your own feet and helps you understand exactly why things happen in your feet the way they do. It has four stages that assess the flexibility of your feet and ankles; the strength of all the little muscles in your feet; your turnout muscles; and your core strength and balance.
