Cycle A Century Training Program

For me it all started for me 5 years ago when on a drunken night at the bar I was talked into riding a charity bicycle ride over 100 miles. In the months that followed I went from being an over-weight, rapidly aging man to a full on cycling convert. I lost weight, gained confidence, stop smoking and discovered a whole new energy came into my life as a result of my cycling.

Fast forward 5 years and I now fitter than ever (I have ridden over 50 cycle centuries during the last 3 years) and have created this program to give you the benefit of my experiences and lessons learnt along the way.
